How long does it take to get an answer?
We strive to respond to your questions within 24 hours during business days.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Interac, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. This email contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary, and shipping address.
I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?
Please contact us at info@styleavenue-toronto.com so that we can make the necessary changes.
SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within Canada.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free; we cover the shipping costs ourselves.
How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your order and provide any additional delivery instructions to the courier if needed.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Haven't received your order? We’re sorry to hear that! After placing your order, you should have received an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll also receive an email with tracking information to follow your package. If you haven't received this email or if the status of your package is unclear, please contact us at info@styleavenue-toronto.com.
My tracking information indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@styleavenue-toronto.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate the issue and work on a solution as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I changed my mind, what now?
Changed your mind? No problem. If you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
I want to exchange the product, how do I do that?
You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the item they wish to exchange. The new item will be shipped to you within 7 days after we receive the returned package.
The product arrived damaged, what now?
Did you receive a damaged product? Please send us a photo of the item along with your order number within 14 days to: info@styleavenue-toronto.com, and we will ensure that you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving your email.
I have received the wrong order, what now?
Received the wrong product? Please send us a photo of the incorrect item along with your order number within 14 days to: info@styleavenue-toronto.com, and we will ensure that you receive the correct order free of charge within 7 days of receiving your email.
I never received my order, what now?
If you never received your order, please send us an email with your order number to: info@styleavenue-toronto.com, and we will ensure that you receive the order again free of charge within 7 days of receiving your email.
I would like to cancel, what now?
Changed your mind? No problem. If you inform us within 4 hours of placing your order that you wish to cancel, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 14 days of the cancellation request.
